Q: Can the customer service help me reset my password?

A: Unfortunately, no. To protect our customers, all passwords are stored using a one-way encryption algorithm. Therefore, our staff does not know your password and cannot reset it for you.

Q: Can anyone maliciously change my password?

A: Your password can be changed only with the confirmation link that we send to your email address. No one can change your password unless someone else has access to your email account.
